For the second year running we were delighted to support and be involved in this annual, local event, where visitors to the Old Town were able to experience the best of Amersham’s heritage and traditions.
This popular event included Morris dancers, a Punch & Judy show, Clowns, balloon modelling, face painting, a steam organ, Victorian games, embroidery and textiles, a local animal farm and not forgetting some of the main attractions; the vintage bus service, the 1938 tube train (running between Harrow-on-the-Hill to Amersham) and the wide range of fabulous vintage cars.
Supported by the British Dental Association museum, Old Amersham Dental Clinic displayed a wonderful collection of educational items and dental artefacts reflecting the development of the dental profession in the UK. Having been lucky with the weather our display attracted a large number of visitors, many of whom took part in our free to enter competition to win a bottle of champagne!!

Old Amersham Dental Clinic are proud and delighted to announce our success in the Dentistry Awards having been short listed in the ‘Best Practice’ category. These prestigious awards endorse and recognise our continuing commitment in providing the best possible service and care to all our patients.
Our thanks in achieving this success goes to all members of our highly motivated and committed team, but more importantly to all our patients who continue to advocate our overall service delivery by attending regularly and recommending friends and family to the practice.
Through a close colleague and patient of our practice, Old Amersham Dental Clinic were delighted to support our troops in Afghanistan by donating useful and needed dental supplies.
With over 50 million people, Burma is one of the poorest countries in the world. The poverty is extreme with a hand to mouth existence for people in small villages. Most of the families do not have toilets, running water or electricity.
As a charity The Andrew Clark Trust is committed to seek to improve life and the potential of the children by helping educate them as well as providing basic healthcare.
Old Amersham Dental Clinic were delighted to continue their support of this worthwhile charity in sponsoring Piers Codling who cycled the 1,000 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats.
Importantly, all donations go directly to the children’s education and healthcare. There is no running costs or administration fees.
